Vibration Testing for small components & electronics

The TCB-1.3 benchtop vibration chamber is ideal for reliability testing of compact products and electronics. It may be used as a stand-alone vibration table for vibration testing or placed inside an environmental chamber for combined random vibration & temperature testing offering flexibility and greater return on investment.

Equipped with an all-axis vibration system, the TCB-1.3 utilizes four pneumatically-actuated vibration hammers providing 6 dof, random vibration with x,y,z axis and roll, pitch and yaw rotation. The chamber comes standard with two accelerometers, one for control and one vibration monitor with a range of 1 to 60 GRMs.

Touch Screen Controller
  • The CSZ EZT-430i Touch Screen Controller offers a choice for users to navigate like a smartphone or using windows-based navigation. Standard features include data logging, date file access with memory stick, Ethernet control and monitoring, alarm notification via email and/or phone text message, data file backup system, full system security and more.  
  • Optional VibTrak™ software to operate both the CSZ environmental chamber and benchtop table. Provides the ability to control, profile, datalog, chart temperature/vibration and generate PSD curves.

Benchtop Vibration Table
  • The chamber features a stainless steel table base and powder-coated steel. Sound deadening materials are utilized on the inside of lid to reduce noise transmission of the vibration table. The chamber includes a base with removable control section and removable lid for optional placement inside an environmental chamber.
