The Time Compressor 2.0 model utilizes the same compact-size chamber as the 1.5 model, but includes a larger vibration table size of 24” x 24” (61cm x 61cm). This model is ideal for HALT & HASS testing of small products and offers the best value on the market today. Selectable air ducts for concentrated air flow are included, along with efficient LN2 and power usage for decreased operating costs.

HALT & HASS Chamber Features

Vibration

  • Large dynamic range shaker with six actuators and <3 GRMS to 90 GRMS with a bare table. High GRMS levels are used to enhance precipitation while low GRMS levels, with Modulated Excitation™, help to increase detection. 
  • A diaphragm is included to prevent vibration table temperature changes. It also provides better low-frequency vibration coupling than a bare table.

Instrumentation

  • CSZ EZT-570i Touch Screen Controller with data logging, remote control & monitoring, email/text alarm notification messages, data file backup system, full system security and more. Includes pre-programmed test profiles for faster program implementation.
  • Factory preset mechanical over temperature limit. Separate user-adjustable electronic limits are also included for over and under temperature and vibration providing fully redundant safety limits.
  • Safety relay connection is provided for customer use to protect the device under test by turning off power when the chamber is not running.

Communications

  • RS-232/485 serial communications and Ethernet control/monitoring offer a selection of communications options.
  • EZ-View works with EZT-570i controller to provide remote monitoring, control, data logging and store/graph measured temperature and vibration GRMS data. This software is provided as a no cost value added feature.

Cabinet

  • Door includes heated window to prevent frost build up along with a safety interlock switch to prevent the system from running with the door open.
  • One 4" x 8" (10cm x 20cm) side port and front 2" x 6" (5cm x 15cm) cable notch for easy cable routing.
  • Stainless steel interior and durable powder-coated exterior.
